I promise to use my full expertise to get you results, but please remember—marketing is an ongoing process, and external platforms (like Google or Meta) can change their rules at any time.


2. Your Responsibilities


To get the best ROI, I need a few things from you:

    • Honesty: Provide accurate info about your business and goals.
    • Access: If you hire me for WordPress or Shopify work, I’ll need the right permissions to get under the hood and fix things.
    • Respect: My work, my code, and my strategies are the result of years of experience. Please don’t copy my portfolio content or strategy for other uses without asking.

3. Payments & Projects


Before we start a project, we’ll agree on a price and a timeline.

    • Work starts once we have an agreement in place.
    • Refunds: Since I’m selling my time and expertise, I don’t typically offer refunds once the work is done. However, I’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy with the final result.

4. Keeping Thing Professional


I reserve the right to stop working on a project if a client is being disrespectful or if the project becomes unethical. My goal is to build a long-term brand for you, and that requires a healthy professional relationship.


5. Limitation of Liability


I’m here to help you grow, but I am not responsible for any technical glitches on third-party platforms (like a Facebook ad account getting flagged by their AI) or any loss of profits. I provide the strategy and the execution; the business risk remains yours.
